Game Day Italian Hoagie
Whether you call it a hoagie, a sub, or a hero, this savory sandwich is the ultimate way to fill up for the big game. We’ve used a classic loaf as our base, and built it up with a homemade giardiniera sauce--an Italian relish--four types of sliced Italian meats, some creamy provolone, and of course, some crisp veggies and plenty of spices. Drizzled with olive oil and vinegar and a crack of fresh black pepper, this sub is guaranteed to make your day a winner, no matter which team you’re rooting for.
