A little spicy, a little sweet. Balance is the name of the game with Fortune Favors’ Spicy Candied Pecans. Made in Madison, Wisconsin in small batches, they give their classic candied pecans some kick with a five-chile blend: guajillo, ancho, chipotle, pasilla, pequin, and cayenne. It’s toasty and nutty, crisp and caramelized, with some lingering heat. A satisfying snack and an excellent pairing with Murray’s mild, tangy Cave Aged Reserve Carpenter’s Wheel.
